Mr. Kearney has over eight years experience in building and operating Internet service providers.

Kearney is currently VP of Technology for Deru Internet.

Most recently, Kearney was a Sr. network engineer and manager at Opnix, a provider of IP traffic management solutions. His responsibilities included network design and implementation for their national IP network.

Prior to that, Kearney was Sr. Manager of ISP Operations at WinStar (previously GoodNet) where he was responsible for western U.S. operations, including dialup, DSL, application systems and customer service.

Kearney has been involved with other Internet Providers in the valley in various capacities, including NetZone and GetNet.
